When will I be charged for my subscription?

Your first payment is charged at checkout. After that, you’ll be billed on the 15th of each month.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes! If you have a monthly subscription for bunnies ($49.99/month), you can cancel anytime by logging into your account before your next billing date.

For multi-month prepaid subscriptions, cancellations require contacting us directly.

However, you can always skip or pause a box anytime through your account settings.

No hidden fees—just happy bunnies!

When will my box ship?

Your first box ships ASAP.

We ship all the following boxes after the 15th of each month. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

What if my box is lost or damaged?

If your box doesn’t arrive or arrives damaged, please email us, and we’ll make it right!
